  • What types of events can be hosted at RFD Franklin?
    We host a wide variety of events, including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, conferences, galas, private parties, baby/bridal showers, celebrations of life, school reunions, and more. Our versatile spaces can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
  • How many guests can RFD Franklin accommodate?
    Our venue offers flexible spaces, with areas that can comfortably host anywhere from 12 to 175 or more guests, depending on the setup and event type.
  • What is included in the rental fee?
    Our rental fees include access to your chosen event spaces, standard furniture, and basic setup and cleanup services. Additional services are available upon request.
  • How do I schedule a tour?
    You can schedule a tour by contacting us through our online form, calling us, or sending us an email.
  • Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens for events?
    We offer standard tables and chairs as part of your venue rental. Linens and specialty furniture can be arranged through our rental partners or brought in from your own vendor.
  • Can I bring my own vendors?
    Yes, we offer flexible vendor policies to help you create the event you envision.
  • Do you offer catering services?
    RFD Franklin offers you flexibility in planning your event. RFD Franklin does not offer in-house catering. Instead, we have a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue. We may also allow outside caterers, provided they meet our guidelines. Please note that all caterers will need a separate agreement with the venue. Contact us for more details.
  • Do you offer bar and beverage services?
    Yes, all bar and beverage services are exclusively provided in-house. We offer a variety of customizable bar and beverage packages to suit your event needs. Whether you’re looking for a full-service open bar, beer and wine packages, a consumption bar, or other arrangement, we can work with you to create a package that aligns with your preferences and budget.
  • Do you provide event planning or day-of coordination?
    While we do not currently offer full event planning or day-of coordination services, we provide a dedicated venue representative for your event. The venue representative will be on-site to ensure the facility runs smoothly and to assist with any venue-related needs during your event.
  • Where do guests park?
    RFD Franklin offers some on-site parking and accessible parking spots. It is also surrounded by free city street parking, next to the county parking lot, and within close walking distance of multiple public parking lots.
  • Does RFD Franklin have accessible parking, restrooms, and event spaces?
    Yes. RFD Franklin has ADA accessible parking spaces, restroom facilities, and entrances to the venue.
  • Is RFD Franklin pet-friendly?
    RFD Franklin is happy to welcome pets for certain events, such as weddings, outdoor gatherings, and other gatherings. However, pets must be pre-approved by management. Service animals are always welcome. Pet and service animal owners are responsible for ensuring the animals are well-behaved and supervised at all times.
