We host a wide variety of events, including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, sales training meetings, conferences, client appreciation events, cocktail hours, galas, birthday parties, private parties, school reunions, celebrations of life, graduation parties, and more. Our versatile spaces can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger events.
Our venue offers flexible spaces, with areas that can comfortably host anywhere from 12 to 150 or more guests, depending on the layout and event type.
Rentals include access to your chosen event spaces, our standard indoor furniture, and setup and tear down services for our standard furniture. Patio furniture setup is available as an add on service for an additional charge. All rentals include a venue representative onsite for the duration of the event to assist with venue-related needs, Wifi access, and use of in-ceiling, surround-sound speaker system. Wedding and/or reception rentals include two planning meetings, a one-hour rehearsal (if ceremony if being held onsite), and access to two Getting Ready Rooms (for 6-8 people each).

We offer our standard indoor tables hard-top, wooden tables and indoor padded chairs as part of all rental packages. Linens and specialty furniture, such as cocktail tables, can be arranged through our rental partners or through your own vendor. You are welcome to bring in your own linens as well! Outdoor tables, chairs, and umbrellas can be added to your rental as an add-on service.
RFD Franklin has an open catering policy, which allows you flexibility in planning your event and also means there is no catering minimum. All caterers must be approved in advance by RFD Franklin. RFD Franklin does not offer in-house catering . We have a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our venue, and we offer catering coordination services as an add-on service.
RFD Franklin offers bar and beverage services. All bar services are exclusively provided in-house. We offer a variety of customizable bar packages to suit your event needs. Whether you're looking for a full-service open bar, beer and wine packages, a consumption bar, or specialty bar (craft cocktails or mimosa bar), we will work with you to create a package that aligns with your preferences and budget.
Yes, we allow outside vendors with prior approval (and provided the vendors comply with our vendor policies).
RFD Franklin has multiple private parking spaces on site, including an accessible parking spot near the ramp. It is also surrounded by free city street parking and next to the county parking lot. There are hundreds of free city parking spaces within a close walking distance of the event center.
RFD Franklin offers full-day (11-hour) and partial-day (4-hour) rentals, as well as custom rental periods upon request. Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate, subject to approval and availability.
Yes, RFD Franklin has ADA accessible parking spaces, restroom facilities, and entrances to the event center.
RFD Franklin is happy to welcome pets for certain events, such as weddings, private gatherings, and more. Animals must be approved in advance by management. Service animals are always welcome. Pet parents are responsible for cleaning up after the animal and ensuring the animal is well-behaved and supervised at all times.
RFD Franklin will provide additional information on policies, procedures, and other guidelines during the booking process or upon request.
