  • Exclusive use of indoor event spaces and outdoor patio during rental period

  • One-hour planning meeting to review layout, schedule, and logistics

  • Additional planning meetings available upon request

  • Hard-top wood tables (linens not required)

  • Standard cushioned chairs for up to 150 guests

  • Dedicated space for food/buffet service in our Postmaster’s Office, keeping service area organized and event space clean

  • Access to private parking lot with ADA-accessible ramp

  • True-to-era dimmable lighting

  • In-ceiling surround sound speaker system (bluetooth accessible)

  • ADA-accessible restrooms with baby changing stations

  • Complimentary WiFi

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • On-site event center representative for the full rental period

  • Table and chair setup per your selected floorplan

  • Cleaning before and after event, including trash removal

  • Flexible catering policy (no food minimums; licensed caterers welcome with approval)
